My wife and I just returned from a vacation to Washington, D.C., and on our way up there she said something that I thought applied well to real estate: “The road is filled with a lot of flat squirrels.”
What does this mean, though? It is all about indecision. Squirrels are not flat because they made it across the road—they run back and forth and are eventually get run over due to indecision.
